Job Summary
Foreign Exchange Operations Manager responsible for managing a subset of FX functions, establishing strategic plans aligned with corporate goals, implementing new policies and procedures for efficiency and regulatory compliance, serving as a liaison with front and middle office, supervising a team of direct reports, addressing strategic/compliance issues, guiding policy/technology initiatives, and monitoring area productivity with regular reporting to senior management; requires leadership and FX domain experience, familiarity with Wall Street systems (MTS), and strong governance, analysis, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Wall Street systems
- Experience with MTS
