Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service by offering travel tips and handling currency exchanges with attention to detail. Share your love of travel by providing advice to customers while working as part of a high-performing team to support store success. Ensure smooth transactions and maintain accuracy in every exchange. This role involves predominately weekend shifts with flexible casual availability. Candidates must have retail or banking experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle cash confidently. Successful applicants will undergo paid new-starter training and be eligible for recognition through the Crown Awards program.
