Foreign Direct Investment Specialist

Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting Egypt-based and regional direct investment in Italy, raising awareness of Italy's business and regulatory environment, and assisting companies and investment groups evaluating strategic expansion, industrial partnerships, or corporate structuring in Europe. Ideal candidate has a strong background in investment banking, management consulting, or investment promotion (private or public sector) with a proven track record in attracting foreign investors, and will collaborate with the Cairo and Rome FDI offices, local authorities, and businesses to generate leads, engage investors, develop presentations and marketing materials, support campaigns and missions to Italy, gather market intelligence, and deliver structured reports throughout the term.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Political Science or related field
- Solid background in investment banking, management consulting, investment promotion, or related field with strategic/operational support for attracting foreign investors
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and investor engagement
- Strong understanding of global FDI dynamics and Egyptian economic/financial framework
- Deep knowledge of Italian and Egyptian industrial frameworks
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English; Arabic required; Italian a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Pitchbook, Capital IQ, FDI Markets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events
