Job Summary
Foreign Assistance Program Manager responsible for leading a high-visibility, global initiative to promote trusted technology, strengthen digital infrastructure security, and reduce vulnerabilities to untrusted suppliers. Oversees strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, technical assistance programming, and monitoring of international undersea cable projects. Leads large-scale foreign assistance-funded projects in support of national security, provides authoritative guidance to senior government leaders on complex acquisition, technical, and policy issues, defines issues, and delivers actionable recommendations to inform resource allocation, governance decisions, and technology transformation. Executes program management activities such as reviews, operating plans, and investment roadmaps; integrates cost, technical, and policy analysis to evaluate alternatives and support data-driven decisions across complex acquisition portfolios. Builds coalitions across government, industry, and academia; coordinates with senior stakeholders; communicates complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Ten (10) years of experience in program/project management with the federal government
