Job Summary
Foreclosure Project Associate role focused on supporting the foreclosure process through duties such as invoice approval, generating figures using Excel templates, and conducting general research. Responsibilities include processing foreclosure-related tasks, coordinating with attorneys and internal departments regarding loan status, and maintaining accurate documentation in a structured, high-volume environment. Requires strong time management, the ability to work both independently and with a team, and flexibility to work overtime as needed; training is provided and the work environment is business casual with a team-centered atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 1 year of office work or mortgage servicing related experience
- Stable work history
- Experience performing detailed, quality-focused work
- Working knowledge of basic MS Word and Excel programs
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a high volume, regulated environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to meet department goals
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to adapt to updated policy and procedures as needed
- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
