Job Summary
Foreclosure Coordinator responsible for administrative support of the foreclosure process, including quality control checks, reviewing conveyance and encumbrance documents, maintaining client/vendor relationships, processing vendor invoices, communicating with owners/vendors/clients, preparing reinstatement quotes, data entry in spreadsheets, opening orders, reviewing title reports, and other duties as assigned. Must bring a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in office or real estate settings, strong time management, confidentiality, customer service, and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and foreclosure software tools (FAST, Simplifile, Data Tree, Data Trace).
