Job Summary
Foreclosure Coordinator (Onsite) provides administrative support for the foreclosure process, performing quality control, reviewing real property conveyance/encumbrance documents for accuracy, and maintaining client/vendor relationships. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, communicating with owners/vendors/clients, monitoring inboxes and reinstatement quotes, data entry and updating spreadsheets, opening orders in proprietary applications, and reviewing title reports across multiple systems. Requires strong MS Office and Excel proficiency, familiarity with foreclosure terminology and e-recording software (FAST, Simplifile, Data Tree, Data Trace), and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a high-volume environment. The role emphasizes confidential handling of information, effective written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.
