Job Summary
Foreclosure Attorney with 3-5 years of contested foreclosure experience (including non-jury trials, depositions, mediations, and general litigation motion practice) sought for Boca Raton office. Responsibilities include conducting depositions and discovery, settlement negotiations, drafting substantive motions, and handling cases from inception through trial in high-volume caseload settings. Requires exceptional legal research and writing skills and the ability to manage complex contested foreclosure litigation. Bar admission in Florida and/or Illinois (in good standing) is required. Required Qualifications
