Job Summary
Forecasting Supervisor leading daily forecasting and order-management operations within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. Responsible for turning company goals into actionable plans, maintaining SOPs, and driving performance metrics across back-office functions. Key duties include supervising and coaching team leads, ensuring KPI attainment, planning monthly/quarterly/yearly objectives, managing cross-functional projects to improve forecasting accuracy and customer experience, conducting root cause analyses, and promoting continuous improvement. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, structured problem-solving, and leveraging neurodivergent thinking to identify patterns and optimize workflows. Requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to navigate hybrid night-shift scheduling in Pasig (Silver City) and ancillary operations in Metro Manila/PH. Competencies include strategic thinking, process orientation, clear communication, and a customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, and order management
- proven experience leading teams and managing operations
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with data and process analysis tools
- excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
- working knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus
- ability and willingness to work on a hybrid night shift work setup in Silver City, Pasig
