Job Summary
Oversee primary and secondary research to understand HCP and patient needs, while designing and maintaining statistical models to project market growth and product adoption. Identify trends in historical healthcare data and monitor regulatory changes to inform market entry and product positioning. Collaborate with insights, marketing, and sales teams to align forecasts with business strategy, preparing detailed reports and dashboards for executives. Validate forecast accuracy and refine models to ensure relevance to evolving market conditions. Requires proficiency in R, Python, SPSS, or SAS and a background in market research methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS, SAS)
- Experience in market research methodologies (primary/secondary, surveys, focus groups, competitive analysis)
- Understanding of healthcare market structures, reimbursement models, and regulatory environments specific to medical devices, diagnostics and technologies
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
