Job Summary

Own the local demand forecast for Maison Francis Kurkdjian North America by improving methodologies using historical sales, market trends, and retailer inputs. Manage replenishment and inventory planning to ensure product availability and healthy stock levels while monitoring supply chain performance and minimizing air shipment costs. Lead monthly S&OP demand reviews and stock analysis sessions to drive fact-based discussions with local and HQ teams. Design and implement planning processes supporting the brand's integration into the LVMH Beauty organization, serving as the primary planning partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Management, or a related analytical function
  • Very strong analytical skills (Data crunch, Automation of analysis, Reporting and data synthesis, etc.)
  • Strong problem-structuring skills
  • Intellectual rigor
  • Ability to translate complex analytical insights into clear business recommendations
  • Management of the priorities in autonomy
  • Adapts easily to change
  • Capacity and willingness to conduct problem solving
  • Ability to lead improvement projects and initiatives
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills with all departments, management levels & France
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Engage senior stakeholders through structured, fact-based reasoning
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel
  • Ease in the use of Power BI
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems
  • Proficiency in using forecasting system (Machine learning type)
  • Located in New York corporate office
  • Travel required based on needs of the business

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university
  • Bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, and relevant previous experience in similar role and environment
  • Fluency or working knowledge of French
