Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to factory specifications while examining protective guards, loose bolts, and safety devices. Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment, properly completing assigned repairs and test driving vehicles to ensure smooth operation. Requires one year of fleet or dealership technician experience, ASE and CDL certifications, and own tools. Full-time hourly flat rate pay up to $140,000 with PTO, 401(K) matching, and paid training. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Fleet or dealership technician experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
