Coordinate workflow with the Service Manager to keep repairs moving efficiently and assist technicians with complex diagnostics and troubleshooting. Diagnose and repair vehicles while producing flat rate hours, ensuring all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards. Provide hands-on technical guidance to less-experienced staff, helping them develop skills while maintaining an organized, safe shop environment. Communicate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to resolve workflow issues and promote productivity. This hands-on leadership role balances direct vehicle work with mentorship within a family-owned dealership serving multiple brands across Southwest and Central Virginia.
