Job Summary
Diagnose complex customer concerns including CAN network issues and intermittent problems while performing routine automotive repairs and diagnostics. Ensure all serviced vehicles meet Ford's standards and deliver Video Multi-Point inspections to every customer. Communicate service recommendations and vehicle updates effectively with advisors. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and operate independently in a fast-paced setting. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
