Job Summary
Schomp Ford seeks a Sales Professional to build lasting relationships with guests, demonstrate vehicle technology and features, assess customer needs and budget, present options (including protection and financing plans), lead the finance process with the Finance team, and manage customer relationships via CRM. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service within the One Person, One Price, One Hour sales model, undergoing a four-week sales training program, and thriving in a collaborative, high-energy environment with opportunities for professional growth and employee benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record with minimal accidents, points or moving violations
- Ability to use/learn CRM database, Google Suite and automotive software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in product or retail sales preferred
- Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
