Perform Ford safety recalls, customer satisfaction programs, and field service actions in accordance with Ford Motor Company procedures as a flat-rate technician. Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment, service publications, and computer systems to complete recalls and warranty-related repairs with accuracy and compliance, maintaining productivity and high-quality workmanship while collaborating with service advisors, warranty administrators, and parts personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Ford dealership technician experience
- Strong understanding of Ford warranty and recall processes
- Experience using Ford diagnostic equipment and software systems
- Ability to read, understand, and follow Ford service publications and repair procedures
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
