Job Summary
Lead Body Structures & Vehicle Exterior design and innovation at Ford Racing, guiding the team through the full engineering development cycle from Pre-program through Launch. Own the development, authorship, and sign-off of foundational engineering decisions for body structures and exterior ornamentation. Build a team to deliver high-quality, low-investment solutions by collaborating with technical experts to bring new technologies for future vehicle architectures.

- Subject matter expert level knowledge
- Leadership capabilities to balance multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to guide a team through the full engineering development cycle from Pre-program through Launch
- Authority and capability to own development, authorship, sign-off, and maintenance of foundational engineering decisions for Body structures through exterior ornamentation
- Ability to build a team
- Experience working with technical experts to bring new technologies for future architectures
