Job Summary
Experienced Ford Office Manager needed to support a range of daily accounting functions in a car dealership office environment. Responsibilities include cash management, billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, floor plan audit, bank reconciliations, and posting daily bank activity; month-end close and submitting financial statements; managing schedules for title work and inventory posting; ensuring policy adherence and timely deadlines; collaborating with the controller and department managers to maintain accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies; compliance with state and federal regulations; role may evolve with dealership needs. Must have 5+ years in automotive office settings and proficiency with dealership DMS systems (CDK, DealerBuilt, Tekion).
