Job Summary
Report to the Parts Manager to maintain business standards, reconcile inventory electronically, and issue parts to technicians. Assist customers with purchasing parts and supplies while ensuring stock levels allow the service department to complete work without delay. Maintain a clean department and stay current on parts and inventory trends. Work on Saturdays as needed in a fast-paced environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening
- Willingness to work on Saturday as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive Parts experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service and advanced problem solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and work ethic
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
