Job Summary
Conduct daily diagnostic imaging, perform warranty repairs, and execute MPIs while maintaining 90% proficiency and above. Take diligent notes, support documentation, and follow processes without supervision to ensure high-quality service across 13 stalls. Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with every third Saturday from 7:30 AM to 10 PM. Earn an additional 10% over current income, with 20% higher hourly rates for warranty work and payment for every MPI performed. Join a brand-new dealership built three years ago featuring air-conditioned bays, heated floors, and a dedicated tool room.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ Years Required
- Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking, supporting documentation, and ability to follow a process without supervision
- Effective communicator verbally and written communication
- Driven to maintain 90% Proficiency and above
