FORCIT Defence, IT Systems and Cyber Security Specialist

Job Summary
Develop cyber security and IT systems by collaborating with Defence business unit and consortium IT teams. Manage daily administrative tasks related to systems, cybersecurity, and compliance. Define, deploy, and train staff on security policies and practices. Support end users with ICT and security issues. Leverage expertise in Microsoft Windows, M365, Active Directory, and Entra ID to ensure device security, patching, and vulnerability management. Requires minimum two years in security administration or five years total IT experience, plus knowledge of ISO27001 or NIST frameworks. Based in Tampere with flexible hours and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Hyvää osaamista Microsoft Windows-käyttöjärjestelmistä, M365:sta, MS AD:sta ja -Entra ID:sta
- Loppukäyttäjän laitteiden tietoturvan tuntemus (koventamiset, päivitykset, haavoittuvuuksien hallinta)
- Vähintään kahden vuoden kokemus tietoturvan hallinnasta IT-alalla - tai vähintään 5 vuoden kokonaiskokemus IT-alalta
- Perustiedot joistakin tunnetuimmista tietoturvakehyksistä ja -säännöksistä (esim. ISO27001, KATAKRI tai NIST Cyber Security Framework)
- Oma-aloitteinen tiimipelaaja, jolla on kykyä itsenäiseen työskentelyyn ja halu positiiviseen muutokseen
