Job Summary
Force Development Specialist in a Pentagon office supporting DoD RMF and security initiatives. Responsible for planning, analyzing, developing, and implementing technical solutions to maintain security for Air Force information systems; communicating complex technical solutions to AF/DoD/Joint customers; providing IA support for security architectures; developing security/IA policies and standards; reviewing incident response policies; and negotiating security requirements for AF networks and theater-unique needs. Requires IAM Level 3, DoD RMF knowledge, DoD 8510 familiarity, a Bachelor’s degree (or commensurate experience), 7+ years of overall and specific field experience, and Secret clearance; Hybrid Remote travel up to <10% with in-office presence initially.
Required Qualifications
- IAM Level 3 certification
- Knowledge of DoD RMF (Risk Management Framework)
- Understanding of DoD 8510
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
- Can Additional Years of Experience Substitute for Degree? Yes
- Minimum Years of Overall Experience: 7
- Minimum Years of Specific Experience in Field: 7
- Minimum Clearance to Start: Secret Clearance
- Work Status Allowable: US Citizen
