Job Summary
Claim incoming travel inquiries and bookings through the UJV platform for Fora advisors across the Caribbean, Mexico, and select destinations. Take full ownership of every booking from inquiry through completion, guiding advisors during research stages to recommend destinations and luxury properties. Manage itinerary updates, modifications, and concierge coordination for transfers, excursions, and dining reservations while performing detailed quality assurance checks before finalization. Respond quickly with exceptional accuracy to maintain UJV's luxury service standards and encourage repeat business from advisors. This entry-level role provides comprehensive training in luxury travel, B2B sales, and CRM best practices to build a long-term career in the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for luxury travel and a genuine interest in Caribbean and Mexico destinations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
