Job Summary
Open and close the store, manage inventory, and maintain merchandising standards while ensuring daily cleanliness and basic maintenance. Process and report sales transactions to maintain high person sales levels, then assist the manager with employee training and development as requested. Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently, handling multiple tasks under pressure to ensure customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers a guaranteed hourly rate with 10% commission after training, plus health insurance, paid time off, and 401k matching. Located at Footwise on Broadway in Portland, this position is part of ERHCo Inc, an Oregon-based family-run business with five retail locations in the Pacific Northwest.
Required Qualifications
- A year of work experience in retail
