Job Summary
Footwear Team Lead directs department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service. Responsible for achieving departmental sales, gross margin, and payroll goals; staffing, interviewing, training, and scheduling; coordinating events and price/UPC accuracy; maintaining plan-o-grams; delivering a legendary customer experience; developing product knowledge; and coaching a productive, service-oriented team. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to analyze reports, conduct meetings, and use PC-based tools and POS/inventory systems. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $22.75 per hour with full-time benefits and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales Supervisory experience
