Job Summary
Footwear Sales Part Time role handling customer greetings, product demonstrations, and service to drive buying decisions. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, restocking, maintaining product knowledge, monitoring pricing/signage, promoting programs (including CLUB Membership, VOC, and in-store pickup), and ensuring a world-class shopping experience. The role requires friendly communication, the ability to calculate figures and make change, and collaboration with management and coworkers. Seasonal floor merchandising and general store upkeep are also part of duties. Starting pay ranges from $17.13 to $18.75 per hour with part-time benefits; physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with team lift as needed.
