Footwear Sales Outfitter - Part Time

The Sales Outfitter greets customers in a prompt, friendly manner, demonstrates footwear products, and assists customers in making buying decisions. Responsibilities include presenting and explaining products, replenishing shelves per merchandising guidelines, maintaining knowledge of promoted items and pricing, processing transactions at the point of sale, promoting programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, in-store pickup), and maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized sales floor. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to communicate professionally, basic math for discounts and change, ability to work with management and coworkers, and readiness to operate POS systems. Part-time role with benefits including discounts and company programs. Knowledge of seasonal merchandise movement and adherence to store policies is expected.
