Footwear Sales Associate

Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support their shopping experience. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation/replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
