Greet customers and proactively assist in meeting needs to support an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards through floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while protecting confidential information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
