Job Summary
Footwear Quality Assurance role at Specialized overseeing quality from commercialization to mass production. You will monitor factory production quality on-site, review lab tests and materials, perform in-line and final inspections, and partner with factory teams to drive quality improvements. The role requires hands-on work at factories and strong problem-solving skills (RCA). A Bachelor’s degree in engineering is highly preferable with 3-5+ years in footwear QA/manufacturing/commercialization and experience coordinating lab testing and inspections. Strong English communication with factory teams and stakeholders is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (highly preferable)
- 3-5+ years in footwear QA / manufacturing / commercialization
- Experience in in-line inspection and final inspection; and lab testing coordination
- Solid understanding of footwear construction (upper & bottom), factory production workflows and commercialization process
- Exposure to performance footwear or technical products is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving capability (RCA, issue identification, follow-up)
- Good English communication skills with factory teams and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to work hands-on at factories
