Job Summary
Retail Outfitter at Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's will work with a team to deliver legendary customer service and expert product knowledge. Responsibilities include assisting customers in identifying needs, making product recommendations, promoting company programs and promotions, maintaining store presentation (signage, merchandising, restocking, restaging, dusting, vacuuming), resolving customer issues with good judgment, supporting other store areas as needed, and staying knowledgeable about outdoor trends and technologies relevant to the outdoor lifestyle. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred

- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset
