Job Summary
Lead store operations by managing opening and closing duties, overseeing loss prevention, and handling payroll and expenses. Deliver exceptional customer service while training staff on selling strategies and maintaining visual presentation standards. Develop creative sales strategies using business analysis, identify performance gaps, and present actionable solutions to improve results. Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and participate in community events and brand ambassadorship activities. Maintain strong communication with general management and adapt plans based on evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop a team
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in snow sports or upscale patio furniture
- Strong knowledge of business operations, inventory control, and shrink reduction strategies
- Talent in recruiting, interviewing, training, and employee development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building effective relationships with vendors, buyers, team members, and upper management
- Highly organized, with strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong attention to detail
