Job Summary
Football Programs Administrator sought to support day-to-day operations of high-performance football programs. Responsibilities include administrative support across contracts, player and staff registrations, and record management; assist with compliance requirements in line with NRL and QRL regulations; support football operations including reporting, welfare and education programs; coordinate player medical administration including insurance, claims and provider liaison; liaise with Finance, Payroll and internal/external stakeholders to support purchasing, payments and contract processes; assist with travel arrangements including relocation, staff travel and special events. Requires part-time availability Monday–Friday 8:30am–3:00pm, with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, privacy and confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sports environment.
Required Qualifications
- Working with Children Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in office administration (2+ years desirable)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Suite and procurement or purchasing systems
- Understanding of financial administration processes
