Job Summary
Coordinate practice logistics, including field setup, equipment distribution, and training material preparation. Manage game day operations such as locker room readiness, inventory control, and player support. Assist with travel logistics, loading equipment, and organizing in-game promotions and contests. Provide administrative support for statistical tracking, game reports, and office organization. Represent the Orlando Pirates professionally when interacting with players, coaches, sponsors, and fans. Work minimum 20 hours weekly, including two morning practices, all home games, and evenings/weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a current college student receiving academic credit through an internship course
- Pursuing a degree in Sport Management, Sports Business, or a related field
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Must be available for at least two morning practices per week and all home game days
- Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the team schedule
- Must possess reliable transportation to and from practices, games, and team events
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of football operations and the game of football is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
