Job Summary
Head Coach responsible for coaching football, maintaining team records and performance reports, guiding scholastic achievement and citizenship, organizing equipment and uniforms, ensuring safety and discipline, and coordinating with school administrators and community. Must have knowledge of football rules, ability to instruct players in all facets of the sport, and CPR certification. Prior football coaching experience is desirable; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Stipend position with contract-based pay; duties include planning practices, organizing schedules, supervising facilities, and engaging with students, parents, and the broader athletic program.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- Completion of the MIAA Coaches Education Class and/or other requirements by the MIAA
