Job Summary

Equipment Manager for football program at Everett High School. Duties include tracking equipment inventory, procurement and disposal, on-site presence at practices and games, distribution of equipment, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance, maintenance and repairs, sanitation of equipment and uniforms, providing training on equipment usage, maintaining accurate inventory and maintenance records, and liaising with suppliers for purchases and service agreements. Requires ability to work with students, parents, staff, and community; prior equipment management experience and knowledge of sports rules and MIAA regulations are desirable. Bachelor’s degree preferred; stipend position with salary based on contract (FY27).

Required Qualifications

  • Previous equipment managerial experience is desirable
  • Previous experience in either high school, college or both is desirable
  • Knowledge of different sports and their rules and MIAA regulations governing those sports
  • Evidence of ability to get along with pupils, parents, colleagues, and other citizens
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college preferred
