Job Summary
Assistant Head Coach for football responsible for coaching individuals, maintaining records (team lists, injury reports, scores, statistics, reports to athletic office and newspapers), ensuring student-athlete academic eligibility, safeguarding facility safety, supervising practices and contests, attending department and school meetings, and providing support to staff. Requires knowledge of football and its rules, ability to instruct players in all facets of the sport, strong interpersonal skills, and experience collaborating with pupils, parents, colleagues, and the community. Stipend position with salary based on contract.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPR Certification
- Completion of the MIAA Coaches Education Class and/or other requirements by the MIAA is preferred
