Job Summary
Asst. Football Coach (Varsity) responsibilities include coaching individual participants to develop skills, providing program leadership for a sustained, successful varsity program, teaching and enforcing discipline and sportsmanship, ensuring athletes follow league rules, maintaining up-to-date training/certifications, attending regular coaches meetings, creating an environment that encourages student participation in athletics, and adhering to practice schedules and medical requirements. Required qualifications include MIAA Certified Coach, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, varsity coaching experience, football background, CPR/First Aid certifications, and strong communication skills to support educational athletics.
