Job Summary
Promote and sell Hotlink / Maxis Fibre products and services to potential customers in assigned areas while building relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Educate clients on product features, conduct market research to refine strategies, and resolve complaints professionally. Meet and exceed sales targets through independent work and team collaboration, attending training to enhance skills. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and adhere strictly to company policies. This temporary, three-month role requires Malaysian citizens with SPM qualifications, self-transportation, and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in the telecommunications industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Must find own transportation to work
- Malaysian citizens only
