Job Summary
Foot & Ankle Sales Representative responsible for selling Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals in the Phoenix metro area and surrounding AZ markets. Must develop expert product knowledge, manage inventory, build relationships with hospitals and physicians, demonstrate products, and navigate operating room environments. Requires a Bachelor's Degree (or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience) and 3+ years of sales experience; strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office/databases, and adherence to AdvaMed-compliant practices. Travel ~30% and a 100% commission compensation structure with potential bonuses; field-based and remote/work-from-alternate-workplace flexibility described in role options.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
- 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in MS Office and databases
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (AdvaMed)
- Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
- Travel: 30%
- Sales Commission only: 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits
- Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace
- Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary
- Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility
- Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility
