Job Summary
Foot & Ankle Sales Representative responsible for selling Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, acting as an in-house subject-matter expert, organizing materials, maintaining inventory, and providing training and product demonstrations. The role emphasizes building relationships with hospitals and surgeons, thriving in operating room environments, and ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices while pursuing a field-based, flexible work arrangement. Travel within the defined territory is expected, with the role offering field-based and remote/hybrid work options and a commission-based compensation structure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role
- 3+ years of Sales Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Ability to participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside normal hours
- Must adhere to compliance and AdvaMed principles
