Job Summary
Foot & Ankle Sales Representative in Chicago area, selling Stryker Foot & Ankle products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. Responsible for becoming the resident Foot & Ankle expert, managing inventory, delivering product demonstrations and training, building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, and supporting sales meetings. Role requires comfort in operating room environments, adherence to AdvaMed compliance, and a willingness to travel (approximately 20%). The position offers a 100% commission structure with potential bonuses and benefits, and requires collaboration with customers to improve patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two)
- 3+ years of Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals
- Ability to participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours
- Must adhere to compliance and AdvaMed principles, protect privacy and confidentiality, and follow laws and company policies
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Role is 100% commission and may include travel
