Job Summary
Cover cases in the assigned territory, market Stryker Foot & Ankle products, and build inventory sets to ensure product availability for surgeons. Educate doctors and staff on proper product use, functionality, and updates while partnering with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and meet business targets. Perform field calls, process customer purchase orders, and resolve account problems, adhering to regulatory compliance and AdvaMed principles. Tailor promotional messages based on customer needs and remain current on industry trends and competitive factors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.)
- at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
- eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses
- Travel Percentage: 30%
- COVID-19 vaccination
