Foot & Ankle Sales Associate - Phoenix, AZ

Partner with Sales Representatives to cover cases, manage inventory, and build sets within the assigned territory. Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on functionality, while educating doctors and staff on proper use and maintenance. Identify new prospects, tailor promotional messages, and answer questions to distinguish Stryker products from competitors. Perform field calls, assist in implementing sales plans, and process customer purchase orders to meet business targets. Serve as the primary backup contact and adhere to regulatory compliance and AdvaMed principles. Participate in sales meetings and professional association events outside regular business hours to stay current on industry trends.
