Job Summary
Cover Foot & Ankle cases in the Fort Myers/Naples territory by partnering with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and drive business growth. Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on functionality, while educating doctors and staff on proper use, maintenance, and portfolio updates. Identify new prospect needs, tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge, and answer questions distinguishing Stryker products from competitors. Manage inventory and sets to meet customer needs, process Purchase Orders, and assist in implementing new sales plans and marketing strategies. Adhere to regulatory compliance and AdvaMed principles while reporting non-compliance and maintaining privacy. This role requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree plus 2+ years of experience, with a base salary of $65,000 plus commission. Travel is 30%, and the position is field-based. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.)
- at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma
- at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
- COVID-19 vaccination
- Must reside in the Fort Myers/Naples area
- territory goes as far north as Port Charlotte
