Job Summary
Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care in outpatient and operative settings, managing the full spectrum of pathology including trauma, sports injuries, deformity, arthritis, and reconstruction. Build and expand the Foot & Ankle service line while collaborating closely with referring physicians, therapists, and surgical partners. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and contribute strategically to practice development initiatives. Deliver elevated, patient-centered care through extended visits and clear surgical education within a physician-owned boutique practice focused on quality over volume.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency
- Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
- Board certified or board eligible
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Alignment with a high-touch, boutique subspecialty practice model
