Job Summary
Portion and serve food, clean tableware and work areas, and sanitize all food service zones per regulatory standards. Take and record temperatures for food and storage areas, weigh ingredients, and manage food trays for immediate service or refrigerated storage. Read patient meal tickets, confirm identifiers, and interpret recipes and labels. Store supplies, equipment, and utensils in appropriate locations; handle cash as needed. Perform deliveries and packaging tasks within the foodservice area. Weekend and holiday rotation required; 20 weekly hours. Sign-on bonus up to $1,250 available for new hires.
