Job Summary
Perform plating, set up, and tear down of café, restaurant, and retail areas while assisting in kitchen prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus, ensuring proper inventory and portioning of ingredients. Deliver in-room meals to patients and residents under Clinical Dietitian guidance, managing tray set up, delivery, and removal with a focus on hospitality and dietary compliance. Shifts available 7am-4pm M-F only for full and part-time roles. Metz Culinary Management offers competitive wages, benefits, and a daily pay option for culinary and hospitality graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitality experience
