Job Summary
Metz Culinary Management is hiring Foodservice Workers (Culinary Team Members, Line and Prep Cooks, Dietary Aids) for full- and part-time roles at Metz Culinary @ Maple Shade Meadows. Duties span front and back of the dining services operation, including plating, café setup/teardown, kitchen prep, dish room tasks, inventory and portion control, sanitation, and patient meal delivery with a focus on hospitality and compassionate service. The role emphasizes a TEAM environment, a SMILE, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth with Daily Pay option. Training is available for candidates with a passion for food, and background checks/drug screening are part of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Experience desired but OPEN to train candidates with a passion for food
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning
- Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed
- Hospitality-driven
- Able to work and thrive in a team environment
- Brings a SMILE and strong work ethic to the TEAM
