Conduct plating, set up, and tear down café, restaurant, and retail areas while assisting in kitchen prep, dish room, and inventory sanitation. Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus, ensuring compliance with patient dietary instructions for in-room service. Manage tray set up, delivery, and removal with a focus on hospitality and compassion. Perform inventory and portioning tasks requiring elementary mathematical skills. Work flexible full or part-time shifts in a team environment, bringing a strong work ethic and a smile to every guest.
